Summary: The role of Senior Power Platform Analyst involves joining a large-scale enterprise team to deliver and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions for over 20,000 users in complex, regulated environments. The position requires strong hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies and the ability to mentor junior team members while adhering to governance and security frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions, supporting platform improvements, and translating business requirements into scalable applications. This is a remote role with occasional travel requirements and active security clearance needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Work within established governance, security, and ALM frameworks
- Support platform tooling including CoE Starter Kit
- Mentor junior team members and contribute within Agile/Kanban teams
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience
- Knowledge aligned to PL-400 and PL-200 capabilities
- Experience with Power Platform governance and enterprise delivery standards
- Hands-on CoE Starter Kit experience
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering solutions in large enterprise environments (20,000+ users)
