We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to support a major global transformation program focused on delivering cost savings, operational efficiencies, and productivity improvements across MRO Parts, Plant Maintenance Services, and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
In this highly visible PMO role, you will drive projects from concept through implementation, working closely with procurement, operations, manufacturing sites, and senior stakeholders across an international network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of transformation and optimization projects.
- Track program milestones, KPIs, savings targets, and financial performance.
- Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies.
- Influence stakeholders and lead project teams in a matrix environment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or sourcing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sector
Strong project and portfolio management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a complex, global environment
Experience with continuous improvement and change initiatives
Preferred
- MBA or postgraduate qualification
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and driving strategic change
