We're supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional programmes across a highly regulated environment.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and drive projects through to successful completion.
Key Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, Clinical, Diagnostics or MedTech
- Strong track record delivering complex cross-functional programmes
- Experience working with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex Matrix organisations and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management experience
