Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance and load testing frameworks.
- Execute stress testing across distributed systems and ML workflows.
- Analyse system behaviour under load and identify performance constraints.
- Work closely with Back End and platform engineers to validate fixes.
- Provide clear reporting on system performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Operate autonomously in a fast-moving, high-trust engineering environment.
Key Skills:
- Experience in performance and load testing.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and platforms.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Strong analytical skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
