Summary: Join a statewide ERP program as a Senior PeopleSoft Security Analyst supporting CAPPS, Texas' enterprise PeopleSoft platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level technical consulting and support for CAPPS applications and related systems.
  • Manage and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege security models.
  • Design, implement, and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and conflict remediation processes.
  • Review and validate security roles, permissions, and authorizations across CAPPS and integrated systems.
  • Monitor authentication, authorization, and privilege escalation activities and coordinate security findings with information security teams.
  • Support secure integrations utilizing SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and API-based technologies.
  • Evaluate application changes, enhancements, workflows, and customizations for security and compliance impacts.
  • Investigate identity-related security incidents including unauthorized access, account compromises, and fraud indicators.
  • Maintain security, compliance, performance, and architectural standards.
  • Ensure digital products and content comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements.
  • Review and support security deliverables including system security plans, disaster recovery documentation, architecture reviews, and related security initiatives.
  • Provide Level 2 Service Desk support, troubleshooting complex issues and documenting resolutions.
  • Support CAPPS implementation and expansion activities including discovery, configuration, testing, conversion, integration, and deployment efforts.
  • Participate in major incident management, disaster recovery testing, upgrade testing, and production support activities.
  • Develop and maintain system configurations and enhancements for PeopleSoft HR/Payroll environments.
  • Participate in annual audit activities, including SOC-1 compliance efforts.
  • Create presentations and communicate technical information to executive and business stakeholders.
  • Perform technical project management activities and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Follow established SDLC, ITIL, security, and operational processes and procedures.
