• 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Business Analyst experience
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Experience identifying automation opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• RPA experience (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
• Agile/Jira
