We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong PeopleSoft HCM expertise to support enterprise accessibility compliance initiatives. This role partners with business and technical teams to improve system usability while supporting a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Business Analyst experience
• Expertise in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support
• Experience with Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management
• Strong SQL troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Accessibility compliance (WCAG/Section 508)
• Agile/Jira
• PeopleSoft Security
