Summary: Join a high-impact statewide ERP program as a Senior PeopleSoft CAPPS Systems Analyst, providing technical oversight and application support for financial and HR/payroll systems across Texas government agencies. The role requires extensive experience with CAPPS, PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM, and ITIL service management. This position is primarily remote, allowing for collaboration with stakeholders on complex enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level technical consulting and oversight for enterprise ERP initiatives supporting financial and HR/payroll systems.
  • Review and validate requirements, procedures, development activities, and testing deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards and system development lifecycle processes.
  • Lead technical reviews of functional and technical designs, specifications, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, dependencies, and system impacts to support solution design and implementation.
  • Review developed code and validate migration readiness to ensure compliance with technical standards and requirements.
  • Manage accessibility compliance efforts, including WCAG 2.1 reviews, remediation tracking, waiver management, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer and support an ITIL-compliant service desk platform, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Provide advanced Level 2 support for complex incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
  • Support major incident management activities, disaster recovery testing, upgrade testing, and operational readiness efforts.
  • Monitor integrations, interface processing, batch operations, connectivity issues, and system performance.
  • Participate in security initiatives, audits, risk management activities, and compliance reviews.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, technical documentation, reports, and status communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational support.
  • Perform technical project management activities and support strategic planning initiatives.
