Summary: We are looking for a Senior Pega CDH Test Engineer who is fluent in German and has extensive experience in testing Pega Customer Decision Hub applications. The role involves leading end-to-end testing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This position is remote and requires a strong background in software testing and decision management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing for Pega CDH implementations, including decision strategies, NBA/NBO, propositions, and customer journeys
- Design and review test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data for Pega CDH applications
- Validate decision logic, adaptive models, offers, arbitration, and real-time interactions
- Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT support, and system testing
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Pega developers, architects, and product owners
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, data accuracy, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a quality gatekeeper, identifying risks early and proposing mitigation actions
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders for requirement clarification and validation
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing / QA roles
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
- Strong understanding of decision management, marketing automation, and personalization concepts
