Senior Payroll Solutions Consultant

responsibilities:

• Lead current state assessments and define high-level customer requirements for payroll solutions.
• Design and implement advanced payroll configurations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Develop detailed functional and technical documentation, including test plans and user training.
• Provide thought leadership to enhance processes, methodologies, and services.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives.

qualifications:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) with advanced HR Payroll systems, particularly with UKG Ready (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of US payroll compliance and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, summarize findings, and present compelling solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
