In this remote role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex payroll transformations, leveraging your deep expertise to assess current states, identify opportunities, and design robust, compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead current state assessments and define high-level customer requirements for payroll solutions.
- Design and implement advanced payroll configurations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Develop detailed functional and technical documentation, including test plans and user training.
- Provide thought leadership to enhance processes, methodologies, and services.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) with advanced HR Payroll systems, particularly with UKG Ready (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of US payroll compliance and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, summarize findings, and present compelling solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
