Summary: The Senior PACS Administrator - Radiology Clinical Imaging role at NTT DATA Services involves providing technical expertise and support for Radiology applications within a remote team. The position requires troubleshooting, documentation, and effective communication with users while participating in an on-call rotation. Candidates should have extensive experience with Radiology PACS systems and be able to resolve support tickets efficiently. This role is integral to maintaining the organization's technical infrastructure and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.
- Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
- Troubleshoot most Radiology application problems independently.
- Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
- Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
- Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
- Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of various Radiology PACS systems and clinical imaging applications.
- 3+ years of proficiency in at least 3 of the following systems: Change Healthcare Radiology PACS, GE Centricity PACS, Fuji Synapse PACS, GE Viewpoint, TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD.
- Participation in at least 2 system upgrade or implementation projects involving PACS or imaging applications within the last 5 years.
- Resolution of 90%+ of Tier 2 support tickets related to Radiology applications within SLA over the past 12 months (or similar metric from prior role).

This position requires participation in an on-call rotation in addition to regular working hours. The rotation follows a 3-weeks on / 8-weeks off schedule:
- Week 1: Regular hours + On-call coverage for 2nd/3rd shift on Monday & Tuesday
- Week 2: Regular hours + On-call coverage for 2nd/3rd shift on Wednesday & Thursday
- Week 3: Regular hours + On-call coverage for 2nd/3rd shift on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Candidates must be willing and able to support this rotation as part of the role.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $80.00 - $84.00/hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
