Years of Overall Experience: 8+ years of experience

How will performance be measured: Deliverables and timelines

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

• Strong SQL coding skills (Oracle)
• Executing test cases, test plans
• Banking or financial institution experience

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable

NICE-TO-HAVE

• knowledge of retail lending products - mortgages, home equity, unsecured lending, credit cards, auto finance
• Power BI experience

DISQUALIFIERS

• Multiple short contracts
• Someone that has not consistently worked in the same industry
