Summary: The Senior Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant role is a remote position focused on implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical configuration, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Labor, and Absence Management modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system configurations.
- Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation activities, including integrations, data conversions, and testing.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution across Payroll and related modules.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, system security, and data integrity standards.
- Support payroll operations teams by optimizing processes and automating workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to align payroll systems with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Payroll Operations, with a strong technical and functional understanding of Oracle HCM.
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, particularly in Payroll, Labor, and Absence Management modules.
- Deep understanding of Oracle technical tools, including HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, HDL, and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and post-production support.
