Key Responsibilities
- Oracle Fusion PPM Implementation & Delivery
- Lead and Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementation phases, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion PPM sub-modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Resource Management.
- Architect complex technical-functional solutions, actively managing the design of PPM customizations, extensions, and complex data conversions/interfaces.
- Cross-Module & Technical Integration
- Align PPM processes with Oracle Fusion Finance workflows across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) to ensure seamless data flow and reconciliation.
- Collaborate on integration strategies utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to securely connect Oracle Fusion with third-party legacy applications and external systems.
- Leverage Oracle eBS heritage to streamline data migration, translate legacy business practices into modern Cloud workflows, and support hybrid ecosystem architectures.
- Author comprehensive functional design documents (FDD), technical specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot complex post-production defects, performance bottlenecks, and month-end closing issues in PPM and integrated Finance streams.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
- At least 10 years of total functional consulting experience working heavily within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion PPM implementations from inception to post-go-live support.
- Strong legacy background in Oracle e-Business Suite (eBS) financial or project modules, providing a deep understanding of standard ERP evolution and data structures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
