Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and support for the existing Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF) implementation across North America and EU regions
- Support the Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR) and Order to Cash (OTC) modules, including migrating reports across environments and analyzing slow-performing jobs and reports
- Support month-end integrations built with OIC and connected upstream and downstream boundary applications
- Work with functional leads to translate functional requirements into technical design documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues from a technical perspective and provide root cause analysis of OIC integration errors
- Coordinate development, testing and defect resolution with the offshore team
- Liaise with Oracle Support and third party vendors on escalations
- Act as an extension of the client’s financial systems team to support the OCF rollout, working with the system integrator and coordinating support activities with business users and internal teams
- Explain technical details in simple terms to stakeholders at every level of the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle technical experience, including Oracle Cloud Financials
- Hands on experience building and supporting Oracle Fusion reports, such as BI Publisher and OTBI
- Hands on experience developing and supporting OIC integrations with upstream and downstream systems
- Experience leading or coordinating offshore development teams
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
