Summary: A Senior OpenText Certified Cloud Consultant is responsible for leading enterprise digital transformation and cloud migrations while providing technical support for OpenText's Information Management and Cloud platforms. This role requires bridging business needs with IT through solution design, deployment, administration, and AI integration for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Gather client requirements, design scalable EIM/cloud architectures, and plan system migrations.
  • Deployment & Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade OpenText solutions (e.g., xECM, Content Server, Documentum, or OT2) in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Cloud Operations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex break/fix issues, administer production systems, and resolve alerts while adhering to SLA parameters.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present technical solutions to C-level executives, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with cross-functional teams globally.
  • AI & Continuous Improvement: Implement the latest AI/ML capabilities, optimize workflows, and maintain knowledge base documentation.
