Summary: The Senior Online Marketplace Manager at Fable is responsible for managing and optimizing performance across various European and US fashion marketplaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day management of multiple fashion marketplace accounts
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace account managers
  • Manage trading calendars, promotions, launches, and range updates
  • Proactively identify underperformance and take corrective action
  • Drive incremental growth through range and assortment optimisation, pricing and promotional analysis, stock availability and replenishment planning
  • Monitor weekly performance trends and act early when KPIs fall behind plan
  • Take clear ownership of results rather than relying on escalation
  • Analyse sales, conversion, sell-through, returns, and margin
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Maintain simple, reliable performance tracking and reporting
  • Work closely with Operations, Merchandising, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, timely replenishment, and smooth execution across platforms
  • Support onboarding of new marketplace opportunities as they arise
  • Assess new platforms pragmatically rather than aggressively “hunting”

  • Strong commercial and analytical capability

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Online Marketplace Manager to own and grow performance across a portfolio of curated European and US fashion marketplaces . This is an execution-focused role, responsible for day-to-day marketplace account management, performance optimisation, and driving incremental growth through data, trading activity, and close platform relationships. This role is not Amazon-focused and is suited to candidates with experience in brand-led or department-store-style online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace & Account Ownership
  • Own day-to-day management of multiple fashion marketplace accounts
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace account managers
