The microservices team is implementing rest micro services for a huge systems integration project. Most of the other teams are dependent on this team to consume their services. The main skill set is javascript and the rest micro services are written on a Node.js framework. This person needs to have very good javascript and api development experience to be successful. REST API development and Node are most important.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience building RESTful APIs using NodeJS/TypeScript/JavaScript/ExpressJS/Gitlab/GitHub.
Must be fluent in TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, NoSQL Database (Couch, Mongo), Writing Unit Tests/ TDD
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, elastic is a plus.
