Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong emphasis on performance and reliability
- Build and manage microservices-based architecture
- Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for real-time data processing
- Work with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance
Key Skills:
- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with strong backend development expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems
- Proficiency in Docker and containerization
- Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
