Summary: The role is for a SAP APMe Consultant who will work remotely, focusing on developing solutions for clients within the SAP Practice team. The candidate must have expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management and related software, along with strong communication skills. The position is expected to last for 4 months with a possibility of extension based on performance. Experience in the health insurance domain is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions for clients using SAP APMe Tool and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission information across multiple insurance products.
- Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations.
- Utilize technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates.
- Work with commission and incentive plans for external producers.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.
- Knowledge of commission calculations and payments.
- Familiarity with Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules.
