Summary: The Senior NetSuite Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of NetSuite ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and guiding teams through all phases of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise NetSuite implementations, particularly in finance and procurement. The position is contract-based and remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture for enterprise ERP implementations.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design workshops with business and executive stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable NetSuite solutions.
- Design and implement NetSuite Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including supplier management, purchasing, receiving, and vendor payments.
- Design Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including customer management, sales orders, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Implement inventory management capabilities, including serialized inventory, lot and batch tracking, inventory movements, and third-party storage.
- Configure NetSuite Projects for project setup, project costing, and project management.
- Implement Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), revenue recognition templates, and automation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance for SuiteScript development, workflows, saved searches, CSV imports, security roles, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage offshore delivery resources.
- Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, hypercare support, and continuous process improvement.

- 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle NetSuite implementations as a Solution Architect.
