Summary: The Senior NetSuite Developer role involves leading the architectural design and implementation of NetSuite solutions, focusing on both remediation and greenfield projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of NetSuite solutions, including remediation and greenfield projects
- Oversee and contribute to the development of custom scripts, records, and journal entries (JEs) within NetSuite
- Design and implement scalable solutions for order ingestion and revenue recognition across multiple product lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modularize business functions and ensure seamless integration across legacy and future systems
- Drive automation of Rev Rec processes, including handling of payment arrangements, fair value, and change management across ME periods
- Support the transition from legacy shopping cart systems to modern platforms such as Sweet Commerce Advanced and BigCommerce
- Document architectural decisions and development solutions; participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback constructively
- Mentor and guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to best practices in NetSuite development and architecture
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development and architecture experience
- Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition workflows
- Proficiency in scripting, custom records, and journal entries within NetSuite
- Experience with complex product implementations, including high-volume and membership-based products
- Proven track record in rescue projects, with the ability to articulate solutions and outcomes
- Strong communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
