Summary: The role of Senior .NET/Umbraco Developer involves supporting a digital product team in the transformation of internal platforms through the delivery of scalable solutions. This fully remote position allows for significant autonomy in architecture and development decisions, requiring experience in leading offshore teams and managing the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Umbraco and .NET technologies, contributing to both technical and collaborative aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing transformation work across internal platforms.
• Contribute to full end-to-end delivery of modern, scalable solutions.
• Influence architecture and development decisions.
• Manage offshore developers or remote delivery teams.
• Oversee projects from scoping to delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Own technical projects from requirements gathering through to release.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience delivering production-grade Umbraco solutions (at least V10+, ideally v13+).
• Strong backend experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience working outside of a digital agency, ideally within an internal product team.
• Knowledge of Umbraco Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Comfortable with Azure services including App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams or coordinate distributed delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
