Job Description:

The Senior MongoDB Systems Engineer will a key role in executing a large-scale data platform migration across AWS environments and integration with a de-identification platform for regulated data. The engineer will design and implement a resilient, low-risk migration strategy while ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and minimal service disruption. In addition to migration responsibilities, this role will serve as a technical advisor on MongoDB performance and replica set behavior, helping guide engineering teams through scaling and data growth challenges.
