Summary: The Senior Momentum Systems Analyst role at TECHNOGEN, Inc. involves leveraging expertise in the Momentum Financial System and federal budgeting processes to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, process documentation, and design frameworks
- Document and review designs and configurations to meet client requirements
- Provide expertise in federal budgeting and financial operations
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with technical teams
- Facilitate client engagement initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships with professionalism
- Address complex challenges involving software troubleshooting, data management, system maintenance, and configuration
- Support environmental health validation across development, test, and production landscapes
- Assist performance tuning initiatives targeting high-volume financial transaction windows
- Support validation of upgrades, patches, and environment migrations
- Maintain technical coordination with database, DevOps, and Tier-3 support teams
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; minimum of 3 years experience working with Momentum Financial System
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance with the federal government
- Must have experience with Momentum
- Strong knowledge of federal financial management and budgeting processes
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering and functional design activities
- Experience facilitating working sessions and stakeholder discussions with government clients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
