Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM BA/TPO

Introduction

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst/Product Owner (BA/TPO), you will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and driving the Agile delivery of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, and QA teams.
• Drive solution design, fit-gap analysis, UAT, defect resolution, and release readiness.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and delivery priorities.

Key Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Sales, Customer Service, or Finance & Operations.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, and business process flows.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, data migration, and data mapping.
• Experience with FetchXML, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog, sprint, and release management.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 environments, solution management, deployments, and ALM.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
• Experience in enterprise implementations and integration with external systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidates should have a combination of Dynamics 365 functional expertise, technical understanding, and product ownership experience.
