Summary: The role of Senior Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Technical Consultant involves taking ownership of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and document management platforms for legal and financial services clients. This senior-level, client-facing position requires designing, implementing, and supporting secure collaboration environments while driving automation and improving document lifecycle management. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver high-performing Microsoft 365 environments, combining technical expertise with advisory input. This is a strategic role that goes beyond support, focusing on shaping collaboration strategies and enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SharePoint Online environments
  • Configure and optimise Microsoft Teams for secure collaboration
  • Develop workflows using Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Support engagement lifecycle automation
  • Implement and maintain Intapp Collaboration workspaces
  • Provide advanced (2nd–4th line) technical support across M365
  • Curate documentation, governance frameworks, and user guidance
  • Contribute to platform improvements and enhancements

Key Skills:

  • Strong SharePoint Online administration experience
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Teams, permissions, governance)
  • Workflow configuration (SharePoint, Power Platform)
  • Understanding of document lifecycle management & compliance
  • Experience of Enterprise Document Management systems such as iManage, NetDocs, M-Files, Virtual Cabinet, FYI Docs
  • Experience supporting complex M365 environments
  • Power Apps / Power Automate development
  • Integration experience
  • Experience within legal, financial or professional services
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, PL-900, Teams Administrator etc.)
  • Experience with Intapp Collaboration would be an additional advantage

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Technical / Functional Consultant to take ownership of Microsoft 365, Sharepoint & document management platforms across legal and financial services clients. This is a client-facing, senior level technical role where you’ll design, implement and support secure, engagement-driven collaboration environments using:

  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)

You’ll work closely with professional services clients to deliver scalable, governed and high-performing Microsoft 365 environments — combining technical expertise with advisory input. This is not just a support role. You’ll shape collaboration strategy, improve document lifecycle management and drive automation across engagement workflows.
