Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution - Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Ensure proper campaign structure, accurate targeting, effective budget allocation, and alignment with KPIs.
- Digital Marketing Strategy - Conduct market and audience research to define customer personas and map the customer journey.
- Build and execute multi-channel ad strategies, balancing upper-funnel (awareness) with lower-funnel (conversions/remarketing) to maximize impact.
- Creative Development & A/B Testing - Collaborate with the Creative team to produce ad copy, visuals, and video content that reflect The Beauty Chef’s brand identity.
- Run continuous A/B tests to optimize creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages, improving CTR and conversion rates.
- Data Tracking & Analysis - Implement and manage tracking systems through Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and deliver clear, actionable reports (weekly/monthly).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to refine and scale campaigns.
- Performance Optimization & Budget Management - Maximize ROAS by optimizing bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives.
