Summary: The Senior Market Research Analyst role focuses on consumer insights within the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the research process across qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Scope and execute a variety of consumer research projects.
- Leverage or learn research-related software/tools (e.g. SPSS, R, Python, etc.).
- Integrate various data types to deliver insights.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes in a scalable manner.
- Identify business questions/needs suitable for consumer research.
- Advocate for the adoption of research platforms/tools for standardization.
- Contribute to functional innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support elements of a functional roadmap for consumer research products.
- Collaborate with client leads to create and improve research products.
- Execute research including standard inputs/outputs across the research process.
