Senior Manufacturing MES Consultant.
On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced MES Consultant/Manufacturing IT Specialist to join a key digitalization and production optimization initiative within the process industry.
Key qualifications & expertise required:
- Process industry insight: Solid domain knowledge of the process industry, with a particular focus on the pulp and paper sector.
- MES & production management systems: Strong technical and functional expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production control/planning environments.
- Consulting & Solution Definition: Proven track record in requirements gathering, solution specification, and working closely with business stakeholders and client interfaces.
Role overview:
In this role, you will act as a bridge between production operations and modern IT/OT solutions. You will translate complex operational needs into clear functional and technical MES specifications, advising the client throughout project lifecycles from initial scoping to implementation.

Remote work is possible for this position, candidates must be based in EU timezone though.
