Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, including 5–7 years of healthcare manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and API testing.
- Proven team leadership, debugging, and test delivery management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA and automation engineers.
- Define test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.
- Drive manual testing, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
- Review test scripts, monitor quality metrics, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Good to Have
- Experience in Practice Management/Hospital Management Systems.
- Performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, and ISTQB certification.
