Roles and Responsibilities
The Transformation Senior Manager supports the Director in operationalizing and governing the testing transformation strategy across Testing Services.
This role is responsible for translating the approved transformation roadmap into actionable plans, coordinating across delivery teams and Gainwell stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution oversight, adoption, and benefits realization.
The Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving execution discipline, ensuring transformation initiatives (e.g., ALM adoption, automation expansion, process training and standardization) are implemented consistently across M&O accounts and aligned to DDI transformation needs as required.
This role operates within the defined RACI model, supporting strategic governance while working closely with Testing partner teams responsible for execution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, or technology delivery
- 5+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, or CoE initiatives
- Strong understanding of STLC, ALM tools, automation frameworks, and testing processes
- Experience working in multi vendor environments with RACI based governance models
- Proven ability to coordinate cross functional initiatives and drive change adoption
