- Apply senior-level architectural insights to ensure traces reflect how an expert actually thinks — not just what the answer is
- Design and implement data strategies that help LLMs navigate nuanced, real-world scenarios with greater reliability
- Review and refine existing traces to ensure optimal structure, clarity, and logical coherence
- Contribute to the development of training data that shapes how next-generation AI models reason under uncertainty
Key Skills:
- Deeply experienced in machine learning, AI systems, or a closely related technical field
- Skilled at decomposing complex problems into clear, logical, well-documented steps
- Familiar with LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, or training methodologies
- A precise and articulate written communicator
