Mission

Lead a strategic business separation (carve-out) initiative as part of the IT M&A organization. The consultant will be responsible for the overall planning, governance, execution tracking, risk management and coordination of a complex carve-out program involving multiple business and IT workstreams.

The role requires strong experience delivering large-scale carve-outs in environments where SAP is a critical business platform, while remaining focused on project leadership rather than SAP configuration or solution design.
