Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate marketing, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements
- Advise on advertising, consumer, and online platform laws (UK, EMEA, US, India, Australia)
- Support product teams with legal input on new features and innovation
- Manage the company's IP portfolio and advise on fraud-related risks
- Develop internal compliance frameworks and training materials
- Provide expert guidance on global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Handle consumer complaints and support international expansion
Key Skills:
- UK-qualified solicitor with between 4 to 7 years' PQE+
- Strong commercial contracts and marketing law expertise
