Summary: The Senior Security Architect will be part of the architecture and digital function team, focusing on security designs and guidance for ongoing projects. This role requires leading the technical design of systems and services while effectively communicating security strategies to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in security architecture and risk management, along with relevant certifications. The position is remote with occasional client site visits and is classified as inside IR35.

Senior Security Architect

You will be working as part of the architecture and digital function team in regard to ongoing projects, providing security designs and guidance, and best practices in building and implementing new technologies. We are seeking a Principal Architect who can lead the technical design of systems and services, support and lead design decisions, and innovative security architecture solutions to new or existing problems, and effectively communicate the vision, principles, and strategy for security architects and stakeholders.

Key skills:

  • Expertise in security architecture and applied security capability.
  • Practitioner in information risk assessment and risk management.
  • Extensive experience working collaboratively with diverse colleagues.
  • Develops, plans, and delivers work outcomes, including clear and transparent work objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Certified to one, more, or equivalent: CISSP, GICSP, GRID, SABSA, TOGAF.

Contract length: 3 months rolling

Day rate ( inside IR35) £750 - £850 per day

Location: Remote, offices across the UK (occasional visit to client site)
