Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with offshore team members to solve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Implement microservices architecture and work with MongoDB and Spring Data JPA.
- Utilize AWS components such as SQS, RDBMS, Fargate, DocumentDB, Lambda, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Work with Docker/containers and JSON.
Key Skills:
- 10-15+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Experience with MongoDB and Spring Data JPA.
- Familiarity with AWS components including SQS, RDBMS, Fargate, DocumentDB, Lambda, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of Docker/containers and JSON.

Ideal Must Haves:
10-15+ years of proven experience in backend development - specifically: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, MongoDB, Spring Data JPA, along with these AWS components:
SQS/any RDBMS required
Fargate, DocumentDB, Lambda, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and Aurora PostgrSQL would be very helpful
Working knowledge of Docker/containers and JSON is required
Nice to Haves:
Exposure to React and Next could be helpful, but not required
AWS certifications are strong nice to haves
