- Implement automated testing (unit/integration) and quality gates
- Integrate security checks (SAST/DAST/dependency scanning) into pipelines
- Manage database versioning and deployments using Flyway (migrations, baseline strategy, rollback approach where applicable).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform root-cause analysis; optimize performance and reliability.
- Support integration efforts (including COTS integration) and coordinate with security, operations, and architecture teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and technical documentation; uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI (e.g., intelligent automation, summarization/classification, anomaly detection) while meeting USPS/security governance requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Relational databases and SQL
- Flyway for database migration/version control
- Jenkins and/or GitLab for CI/CD
- Proven DevSecOps experience, including automated build/test/deploy and secure coding practices.
