Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project charter, schedule, resource plan, RAID log, and communication plan.
- Coordinate with IT Operations, Help Desk, Procurement, Information Security, and City departments.
- Manage device refresh planning, procurement coordination, deployment waves, and rollout schedule.
- Oversee build, imaging, configuration, testing, and pilot readiness activities.
- Track deployment progress, exceptions, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate asset inventory, data migration, device retirement, and documentation.
- Prepare weekly status reports, steering updates, meeting notes, and final closeout report.
- Ensure the project is completed on schedule with minimal business disruption.
Key Skills:

Job Description:
