Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the Grants Management System implementation
- Develop a governance plan and framework for managing changes across the enterprise
- Create a repeatable implementation guide for onboarding new agencies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Provide project status, risks, and milestone updates to executive leadership
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across state agencies
- Manage internal project teams and external vendors, ensuring work aligns with Statements of Work
- Identify and address project risks and issues
- Lead change management and user adoption strategies
- Organize and run meetings to ensure project momentum and alignment

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating across state agencies, managing vendors, and driving user adoption. You will be responsible for creating governance processes, building onboarding playbooks, and ensuring clear communication at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for the Grants Management System implementation
- Develop a governance plan and framework for managing changes across the enterprise
- Create a repeatable implementation guide for onboarding new agencies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines

Required Experience

functional team leadership - Public sector or government agency experience strongly preferred
- Grants administration experience is a plus
