Senior IT Manager, NetSuite Experience/Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager with strong NetSuite experience to lead IT operations, business systems, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, IT infrastructure, system integrations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the organization’s NetSuite ERP environment.
• Lead IT operations, business applications, and technology projects.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business teams to improve system processes.
• Manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, roles, permissions, and customizations.
• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
• Manage IT vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and project priorities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to the IT team.
• Troubleshoot critical system and application issues and coordinate resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Experience managing NetSuite implementations, upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes, particularly Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and application support.
• Experience managing IT teams, vendors, and external consultants.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
