Summary: The Senior IT Change Analyst role involves managing IT change processes within a large financial services client, focusing on both business-as-usual operations and a new improvement project. This is a fully remote contract position for an initial duration of 7 months, offering a competitive daily rate. Candidates with a background in banking or financial services are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT change processes and support business-as-usual operations.
  • Assist in a new improvement and process automation project.
  • Utilize ITIL and ServiceNow to enhance change management practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within IT change management.
  • Automate risk assessments and produce management information from ServiceNow.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable background in an IT Change Management role.
  • ITIL qualified (certification highly beneficial).
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow software.
  • Broader knowledge of change management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred experience in banking or financial services.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation within IT change management.
