Summary: The Senior IT Change Analyst role involves managing IT change processes within a large financial services client, focusing on both business-as-usual operations and a new improvement and process automation project. This fully remote position offers a competitive daily rate and requires expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow. The contract is for an initial duration of 7 months, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and communication skills. Candidates with a background in banking or financial services are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT change processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Support business-as-usual operations and a new improvement & process automation project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and management of change initiatives.
• Utilize ServiceNow for change management and process automation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within IT change management.
• Produce management information (MI) from ServiceNow.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable background in an IT Change Management role.
• ITIL qualified (certification highly beneficial).
• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow software.
• Broader knowledge of how Change Management fits into wider processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Experience in process improvement and automating risk assessments in ServiceNow.
