Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration solutions using Workato.

  • Integrate cloud, SaaS, and on-premise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and XML.
  • Develop data mapping, transformation, synchronization, and automation processes.
  • Implement and support workflow automation for business processes, approvals, notifications, and operational activities.
  • Design secure integrations leveraging OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, API Keys, and SSO technologies.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot production issues.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing integrations using Workato.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and data transformation and mapping.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, and similar applications.
