Summary: The Senior Integration Engineer (SaaS Torii) is responsible for managing and maintaining contract metadata within the Torii platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to improve SaaS management processes and governance while performing detailed analyses and audits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain contract metadata within Torii, ensuring complete and accurate records
  • Manage ownership information, renewal timelines, license allocations, and contract-related data
  • Monitor Workday updates and conduct investigations to validate and reconcile data changes
  • Perform contract reviews and cost analyses to support financial and operational decision-making
  • Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve data quality issues
  • Build and maintain API integrations and automated provisioning/offboarding workflows
  • Monitor and support integrations with internal systems and ensure ongoing reliability
  • Manage the Renewal Calendar and SaaS license utilization reporting
  • Validate Application Owner and Technical Owner assignments and maintain data integrity
  • Educate Application Owners on governance requirements, responsibilities, and best practices
  • Evaluate newly discovered applications and collaborate with Procurement and Security teams on onboarding and governance processes
  • Support the identification and documentation of application business purpose, ownership, and security governance status
  • Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and business teams to improve SaaS management processes and governance

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms or complex technology products
  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise contracts, including cost centers, license utilization, terms and conditions, and procurement processes
  • Background in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Legal, Finance, or a related business function
  • Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills, with the ability to perform detailed investigations and deep-dive analyses
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues
