The role involves applying instructional design methodologies to develop e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training materials, and other learning assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply the ADDIE instructional design methodology to develop high-quality learning solutions.
- Analyze source content and business requirements to determine instructional needs.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Create virtual instructor-led training (VILT) materials from source content and procedural documentation.
- Develop job aids, learning guides, reference materials, and supporting documentation.
- Utilize established templates, standards, and development guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Track project progress, communicate status updates, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting established timelines and quality expectations.
- Participate in team collaboration using virtual communication and project management tools.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Instructional Design, Learning Design, or Training Development experience.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Experience developing E-Learning Courses, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Job Aids, and Learning Documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Camtasia, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
