Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect Consultant - Remote (Must sit in EST) - SA

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IAM Architect Consultant with extensive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), and IAM Modernization. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture and hands-on technical experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions, identity provisioning, governance, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture and modernization solutions.
• Lead Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.
• Design and optimize identity provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, synchronization, and identity-related issues.
• Develop IAM governance strategies, policies, and modernization roadmaps.
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege models.
• Support complex identity scenarios including rehires, role changes, dual identities, and duplicate accounts.
• Conduct access reviews, certifications, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
• Create architecture documentation, technical designs, and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Enterprise IAM Architecture experience.
• Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver - JML).
• Identity Provisioning & Deprovisioning.
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• IAM Modernization and Architecture.
• Identity Provisioning Workflows & Automation.
• Access Reviews & Certifications.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Least Privilege Design.
• Troubleshooting identity synchronization and provisioning issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise IAM environments from the ground up.
• Experience with complex identity management scenarios.
• Experience working with large enterprise IAM implementations.
