Summary: The Senior HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud) role requires a professional with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the Helpdesk Module. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing user stories and managing the development backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Configure HR modules with an emphasis on associate experience.
- Analyze system performance and user adoption metrics.
- Provide training support, including train-the-trainer and guided learning.
- Ensure data integrity and identify/correct system errors promptly.
- Analyze and support the organization's reporting systems.
Key Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including the Helpdesk Module.
