We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior HR Process & Organization Consultant to guide IT companies through critical stages of organizational development. This is a freelance, remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Occasional in-person meetings with C-level executives may be required in Europe or UK.

About the Role

As our Senior HR Consultant, you will partner with a range of IT companies—from scaling startups to well-established organizations—to optimize their HR processes and organizational structures. Your primary focus will be on defining and implementing strategies that support rapid growth, enhance team performance, and strengthen company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • KPI & Metrics Definition: Define and establish key HR performance indicators (KPIs) for product and team development. This includes creating metrics to track growth, efficiency, and overall team health.
  • HR Technology Consulting: Advise on, select, and implement best-in-class HR technology tools to track team growth, monitor performance, and manage HR data efficiently.
