Summary: The Senior HR Advisor role is a remote position focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to implement HR solutions, support talent development, and ensure compliance with best practices. This position requires a seasoned HR professional who can manage employee relations cases and provide guidance to staff at all levels. The role offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing up new contracts: Drafting and finalizing employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
- Providing advice to junior and senior staff: Offering guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees at all levels.
- Handling employee cases: Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Supporting talent development: Implementing and overseeing programs that promote employee growth and development.
- Ensuring compliance with best practices: Ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- This role will include ER Cases to be picked up quickly.
Key Skills:
- Ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to the role.
- Experience working with a shared service team.
- Previous experience using Workday is advantageous.
